    Before your first visit

    What to expect.

What happens in the first session?
A full assessment — structural, metabolic, and goal-based. You leave knowing what your actual limiter is and which system addresses it. No one is going to sell you a package before we know what’s wrong.
Plan for about 45–60 minutes for your first visit — enough time for a full assessment, not a rushed once-over. Come a few minutes early to fill out intake if you haven’t already.
Something comfortable you can move in. Part of the first visit includes a movement assessment, so avoid restrictive clothing or dress shoes if you can.

Yes. We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and select Aetna plans.

That said, approximately half of our members choose to pay directly for their care, even when they have insurance. Why? Because they value a personalized, performance-focused approach that isn’t limited by insurance guidelines or visit restrictions.

Our goal is simple: recommend the care that’s best for your health—not what an insurance company dictates. For many individuals and families, our membership and self-pay options are affordable, straightforward, and often provide greater flexibility and value.

If you have insurance, our team will gladly verify your benefits and explain your options. If you’re paying directly, we’ll help you choose the plan that best fits your goals and budget.

Yes, for parts of the Fuel program — lab review and follow-up coaching can be done virtually. Anything involving hands-on structural work needs to happen in-studio.
