The Programs

Three systems.
One ascent.

Your body is not a list of complaints. It is a structure, an engine, and an output — and each one has a system that restores it.

“Structure without fuel is a chassis with no engine. Fuel without structure is power you can’t put on the ground.”
The AFWC Standard

The Model

Build the base.
Power the engine.
Reach the summit.

The AFWC mark is three ascending peaks, and that’s not decoration — it’s the method. Each program is a layer of the climb, and they stack in order. Skip the base and the summit never holds.

Most people arrive needing one layer. Almost everyone discovers they need two. The assessment tells us which.
The Three Systems

Pick your layer.

Each system is a full program with its own protocols, assessments, and outcomes.

The Base

Align

Structural & Neurological
The structure and the nervous system that runs it. If the base is compromised, nothing above it holds.

The Engine

Fuel

Metabolic & Cellular

Energy, body composition, and gut function — re-engineered from the inside out with real data.

The Summit

Lead

Executive & Athletic

Output on demand for the people who set the pace — leaders, teams, and competitors.
How they stack

Relief. Correction.
Performance.

Every program moves through the same three stages. The stage you start at depends on where you are.

STAGE 01

Relief

Calm the signal. Pain, inflammation, and fatigue drop enough that the body stops guarding and can be assessed honestly.
STAGE 02

Correction

Fix the root. Structural alignment, decompression, nerve recovery, gut and metabolic repair — the actual cause, not the echo.
STAGE 03

Performance

Build the ceiling. Strength, recovery, energy, and output — engineered against your goals and measured against your baseline.

Common questions

About the programs.

Can I do more than one system at a time?
Yes — and most people should. Align and Fuel run together extremely well, because structure and metabolism are the same machine. The assessment determines the sequence.
Most programs run in 90-day cycles — enough time to see real change, short enough to reassess and adjust. Relief comes first, usually within a few weeks; Correction and Performance build from there.
No. We assess first, then recommend a path — membership for ongoing care, or a defined package for a specific issue. You’ll know what you’re signing up for before you commit to anything.
A regular visit treats the complaint you walked in with. A program treats the system that produced it — and then builds capacity past where you started.
